Good quality, confusing checkout

The Pure Water Straw I ordered is great, works as advertised. It arrived in 4 days. The product itself is solid. However, the checkout process was a bit clunky; I had some trouble applying a discount code. It eventually went through, but it took a few tries. Still, happy with the straw.

Decent gear, slow shipping

I ordered the Nubé Shelter and an Inferno Underquilt for my upcoming backpacking trip. The quality of both items is really impressive; they feel well-made and durable. The shelter was easy to set up in the backyard for a practice run. My only gripe is that it took 8 days to reach Portland, which felt a bit slow compared to other outdoor gear sites. It wasn't a huge deal since I ordered early, but something to keep in mind if you need gear fast. Overall, I'm happy with the products, just wish shipping was a bit quicker.

Great value on the Ember Topquilt

I was looking for a good topquilt but didn't want to break the bank. I found the Ember Topquilt here, and after comparing prices with other brands, this was the best deal for the quality. I got it during a seasonal sale, which made it even better. It arrived quickly, and I used it on a chilly night; it kept me perfectly warm. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth and then some. Glad I waited for a sale!

Reliable gear, quick delivery

I ordered the Nubé Stratos again, my third time buying from SMR. They are always consistent. The shipping was fast, got here in 3 days to Colorado. The gear is top-notch as usual, very durable. I did notice the packaging was a bit much this time, lots of extra paper.

Awesome gear, love my new shelter!

Just received my Nubé Shelter and I am so excited! It's even better in person. The quality is fantastic, everything feels super robust. Setup was a breeze, I watched their video and had it up in minutes. I can't wait to take this out on my next backpacking trip. This is definitely going to be my go-to for shelters from now on. I've already told my hiking buddy about it!

Great value on new gear

I was looking to upgrade my old sleep system and decided to try Sierra Madre Research for the first time. I picked up the Inferno Underquilt and a Camping Pillow during a seasonal clearance. The prices were really competitive, especially with the discount I found. Shipping was free because my order was over $100, which was a nice bonus. Everything arrived well-packaged. The underquilt is very warm, almost too warm for early fall, but I'll appreciate it in colder weather. The pillow is compact but comfortable enough. Felt like a good purchase overall for the money I spent.

Love my new gear!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Pangea Hammock and some new Suspension Straps, and I am so excited! The hammock feels incredibly strong and the color is gorgeous. I can't wait to get out into the wilderness and try it. Everything arrived super fast and was packaged perfectly. I'm already planning my next purchase – maybe an Inferno Underquilt! You guys are amazing, keep up the fantastic work!

Good hammock, comfy camping

I grabbed the Ninox Flatline Hammock for a weekend trip to Big Bend, and it was pretty sweet. Setup was a breeze, even for me who usually struggles with this stuff. Slept like a baby in it, way better than my old one. Definitely a good buy if you're into hammock camping.
